I recently stayed at Sapphire Bakuriani and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was convenient, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice view on the river, the location is conveniently located next to the bus stop and next to a supermarket, and the hotel owner and hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable! Particularly the lady who prepared the breakfast was very nice and even helped us with translations and with finding the right Marshrutka towards our next destination. Will definitely book the hotel again when coming back to Borjomi the next time!

Tamra was an amazing Host! We arrived later than we thought which was No Problem and were greated with Tea, gapes and wine 😊 The whole guesthouse is super clean and the room had a very comfy bed with enough space for our stuff. We slept very well. The location is also very convenient with just a very short walk to the castle and the inner city in walkable distance. Can only highly recommend! Tamra and all of her family were so friendly and helpful with inside information about restaurants, shopping places and places to see.

It's a little family run guest house but the room I had was elegant like a hotel room and it had a modern en-suite bathroom - luxury for a budget traveller. The WiFi worked well which is important for me. The host was friendly and helpful. And the location is just perfect: a minute from both the bus/marshrutka station and the fortress, right in the center of town in the flat part, so you don't have to climb any hill with your luggage.
