I loved everything about this property. I was already expecting it to be very nice but it was simply wonderful. The owner provided us with very useful and detailed information about the house, the surroundings and Bad Ischl before we travelled. The house itself was very beautiful inside with a lot of lovely details. The sofa in the living room and the beds were very comfortable. Everything that we could need was already thought of and provided. The garden and the surroundings were amazing. We would love to go back.

    Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Sandwirt! The breakfast was amazing, such a great selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses. I would come back just for the breakfast alone. Friendly staff, always happy to see you and answer questions. We even got a discount card through them, giving us 10% of most attractions in the region. Our room was decorated with tradional wooden decore and the bed was super comfy.

    The property is in a good location with onsite parking, we booked on the day and when we arrived there was self check in which was simple. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. There was a communal kitchen to use. The chalet was very interesting with interesting gardens. The property was once something very special but is dated now. It is a basic property but I would stay again.

    Everything exceeded our expectations ... The chalet is spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light, a perfect wood-burning stove, a coffee machine and good coffee beans, and simple self-catering facilities. We chose this lodge because it was in the city centre but also close to the lake area, but the gardens and facilities were so beautiful and have a good taste that we didn't want to leave the chalet we were staying in for even a moment. We would return again in a heartbeat.
