Staying at this chalet was an incredible experience! The location is unbeatable—literally at the foot of the ski slopes. Waking up to stunning mountain views and being able to step right onto the piste was such a luxury.
The chalet itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers every comfort you could want after a day on the slopes. The modern amenities, and warm ambiance made it feel like a true home away from home.
The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Whether you’re an avid skier or just looking for a serene mountain escape, this chalet is absolutely perfect. I absolutely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

This is an amaxing hotel that is more on luxury end. We got an upgrade upon arrival and we could really enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We had plenty of space. This place allows you to relive your Austrian luxury ski trip fantasy and it is all you could think of. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and extremely comfortable. I can recommend ot to people who are ok with higher prices and are looking for luxury options.
For the active travellers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and self-catered, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found elsewhere in the world. Characterised by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing holidays.

Perfect hut in the mountains if you want to hike. We stayed here during a multiday hike and were not dissapointed. Very friendly host. We received a free delicious schnaps on arrival. Very dog friendly as well.
Very authentic mountain hut, reachable by foot or by cable car.
wonderful location
Hotelroom super clean and comfortable
Service is excellent
and the shuttle service to the Hahnenkamp Bahn very convenient.
Breakfast is very nice
Our rooms were quite comfortable, the breakfast was fabulous, the indoor pool was really nice, the shuttle was convenient, and the food at the main restaurant was good.
Verena was a wonderful host. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. She met us on arrival and gave us lots of helpful advice. She allowed us to use the apartment upstairs so we had more room which was so lovely of her. The apartment was spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen. The decor is traditional ski chalet which was really lovely. 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet was great. The location is excellent. 2 minute walk to the centre, next to the supermarket and 5 minutes to the main ski lift.
I arrived after racing the VerticalUp run to a lovely welcome, food and prosecco. Followed by a real Apres hut party and a comfortable bed for the night. Perfect location a 2 minute walk from the top of the Streif.
Everything. From the moment you walk into reception, to the moment you check-out you will be amazed by every detail. The service, the rooms, the hotel, the chalet, the breakfast, the beds, the quality of everything in the rooms - unbelievable!! Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, they will quite literally find a way to cater for you whatever you need. We were a group of 6 girls and felt so looked after, loved the drop off and pick up to the ski lifts - super easy! We can't wait to come back.
The chalet whilst old has many traditional features and located across and significantly up the hill from central Kitzbuhel. The views are great and it’s a homely residence.
