Excellent shuttle service every half hour in the morning to the ski lifts and arrival departure shuttle to the railway station which was appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and eggs cooked to order. Could have done with a wider choice of Jams maybe? The shuttle bus to the ski lifts is very flexible and frequent and I literally never had to wait for the bus. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of electric car chargers and I didnt have to wait to charge. The wellness was quiet and well equipped with all kind of saunas and nice rest room beds. Of course, you can wait for the hotel shuttle that comes every 30 min, but please keep that in mind when going back in the evening. The sauna area is quite nice but also very small. The staff is available and cordial, suitable for a couple or a family. A magical and beautiful corner. Accessible by car, bus, Or a 7-minute walk along the lake surrounded by snowy mountain ranges.
