Everything. From the very beginning before the trip through the end, the host was caring and professional. We recently stayed at this chalet in Anzère with a group of 8 friends, and it was a fantastic experience. The chalet was exactly as shown in the photos – cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and all the facilities like the WiFi and TV worked perfectly. It’s located within walking distance of the village center, which was really convenient. The view from the chalet, overlooking the mountain, was incredible, especially while enjoying our morning coffee on the balcony. We made the most of the spacious dining area for a lovely group dinner, and had a great time playing fussball and darts in the evening. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward; they were very accommodating and flexible with our needs. We definitely plan on coming back again!

This chalet was definitely my best experience with Booking.com. The location was really excellent: next to the ski-slope and very close to the Trabanta (10 secs of skiing). Hence we could do the maximum time of skiing. Also, it was really nice the sleeping area in the house was on the first floor and the living room and kitchen on the parterre. With a group of 8, one of whom was a very autistic child of 13 who needs his privacy, the house catered to all our needs. The fire place was the icing on the cake. The host was very helpful; friendly and always at our disposal in case we were to need anything. We actually didn't need anything since the accommodation was tiptop and everything spoke for itself. It was easy to reach, with parking spaces and a supermarket very near by.

    Axel (host) was very nice and accommodating. Place was just as advertised. We asked for crib and high chair and there were even some kids toys too. There is a mountain view from the kitchen.

    The chalet is located on a beautiful hill of Plans Mayens in Crans. The description says it has one bathroom (with a bath and shower), but it actually has an extra toilet which was very convenient for us as a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you’d need to cook or bake. We truly enjoyed our stay.

    Fantastic chalet in the heart of the mountains! You have a very nice view from the balcony. You are 10 minutes away from the city center and the main ski facilities. The decor is charming. The room was clean. The kitchen fully equiped. The check-in was « no contact », but the administrator provided all the necessary informations. The parking space is a plus.
