Unbeatable location if you are a skiier. As close to a ski in/out hotel one can choose. Assuming the snow conditions are good, you can literally ski to the foot/entrance of the hotel where the ski lockers are located.
The ski lockers were also warm and well organized with plenty of storage for the gear and quick/easy access to the rooms.
Restaurant and the staff were amazing.
Parking availability was also appreciated. Though in busy periods you may be parked in and will have to wait a while to get your car out.
Hotel Europe is located in the village Zinal, among the Swiss Alps and 1312 feet from the cable car. Set on 5495 feet above sea level, this hotel offers a hot tub and rooms with a balcony.

Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

The apartment is beautifully designed and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it easy and enjoyable to cook all our meals. The local grocery store had everything we needed, so we never had to leave Embd by car during our two-day stay. It was also convenient to do laundry right in the apartment. As a bonus, we even spotted a few yaks on a hike up the mountain!

Everything. From the very beginning before the trip through the end, the host was caring and professional. And the facility was simply amazing from the location and the view, space, quality, cleanliness, quietness, convenience and private jacuzzi and sauna... the best experience and worth money. Thank you so much.

This chalet was definitely my best experience with Booking.com. The location was really excellent: next to the ski-slope and very close to the Trabanta (10 secs of skiing). Hence we could do the maximum time of skiing. Also, it was really nice the sleeping area in the house was on the first floor and the living room and kitchen on the parterre. With a group of 8, one of whom was a very autistic child of 13 who needs his privacy, the house catered to all our needs. The fire place was the icing on the cake. The host was very helpful; friendly and always at our disposal in case we were to need anything. We actually didn't need anything since the accommodation was tiptop and everything spoke for itself. It was easy to reach, with parking spaces and a supermarket very near by.
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
The cabin is renovated within the last couple of years. It is well done, good functionality and quality work. I slept in a dorm with, believe, six beds. The staff is very kind. Thanks.
Nice hut with modern showers and bathrooms. It was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and the food was good. The terrace is nice but it was raining when we were there.
The view is fantastic! It is a 15 minute steep walk from the top of the furnicular, so you are really up in the high mountains (without a lot of effort to get there!). They recently renovated an old hut, so all is new and fresh. All the rooms are bunkbeds. The food is great! Staff are all very nice. You can do some nice walks from the hotel.
