This is the most beautiful cabin we have ever stayed in. Picturesque views of the mountains, quiet and peaceful. Our stay in this gorgeous cabin was not long enough. The bed was comfortable, the heating kept us warm and cozy, and everything about it was excellent. Our hosts were warm and hospitable. We opted for the breakfast, which was out of this world delicious. A basket of home baked goodies was delivered to our cabin. It was so tasty. We stayed during the off peak between the summer and winter so the nearby town was shut up. It was only a short drive to Barcholette, where we had an amazing dinner at a traditional French restaurant. A great place to just sit and take in the views. We would highly recommend this place.

Amazing location, very tranquil with views of the mountain. Beautiful area with lots of hikes and trails. The host was very friendly, the apartment was spacious, cosy and beautifully decorated in Mountain style with lots of wood and rugs. Huge shower and eveything modern. Lots of outdoor comfy seating to watch the sun go down. Had a great stay.

Situated in Les Orres, 1.3 km from Les Orres, ChaletauxOrres au pied des pistes et skis aux pieds features free WiFi and garden views.

The location of the flat was perfect for skiers. You could put your skis on right outside the external stairs of the flat and slide to the chair lift, which was a few meters away. The flat was cosy and well maintained, albeit a bit small. We were only 2 so for us it was perfect, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. The bathroom was clean and the shower was strong and when there was hot water showering was a real pleasure. The kitchen was fully equipped.

    Fabulous 'old school' French guest house/hotel right in the town square. Stayed there many times, and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Barcelonnette... Lovely 'shabby chic' decor, tastefully presented. Creaky old wooden building that has been renovated to 'just right', comfortable rooms. Step outside to all the delightful atmosphere of a provincial French town, with a bunch of great restaurants to choose from.

    The room was above a bar and once we got in we were very impressed, good sized room, good kitchen and bathroom and very comfortable. The electronic shutters were invaluable once we had worked out they had a remote control! Above a bar, near shops and restaurants, the location was great and not noisy. There was secure cycle parking around the corner.
