- Review score8.5Very good · 71 reviewsThe location is great. It's on a steep hill but the hotel provides a free shuttle that takes you anywhere in town, and back. At the residence Pierre was always friendly and helpful. But most importantly, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to help solve any problem. One evening we needed to get to another town and the receptionist couldn't find us a taxi (there's no Uber there). She went to talk to the manager, who immediately drove us there himself! Ski shop staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to town and back is super helpful and timely. The Spa is one of the best in the area, the swimming pool is really big enough to swim in, and heated just enough to swim comfortably but not to much, as in other hotels.Guest review byAmitYoung couple
