We loved the location of this eco cabin. It was quiet with great views across the valley. From here we could easily access Dartmoor National Park and the nearby beaches. The host was welcoming and friendly. The cabin had a log burner and a small gas heater. There was also a hot water bottle which was a useful nice touch. The bed and sofas were very comfortable. We brough a dog who loved the space, and the freedom to play in the field. Dotty the resident dalmation was friendly and inquisitive. We also had a dip in the eco pond one morning which was refreshing!

We spent the Easter long weekend at Chalet 111 and had a fantastic stay! The place is beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The sofas and beds were super comfortable, and we especially appreciated how fresh and fragrant the bed linens were—sleeping there was a real pleasure. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, with everything we needed and even more than we expected. It made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Overall, a really lovely experience. Communication with the owner was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend Chalet 111 for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

    Everything about JC's Cabin was outstanding. It was fully equipped with everything you could want in a holiday home and perfectly located for easy walking distance to both the town and harbour. The Cabin was spotlessly clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary staples to get us going before shopping for provisions. Not to mention it comes with its own parking space - just superb!! Honestly one of the best self catering accommodations we've stayed in. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

    We thought that the chalet was perfect. With everything that we needed for the stay. The location was perfectly situated to Dartmouth and many brilliant places to visit. It was clean and super quiet with comfortable beds and sofa to relax into the evening.

    Little Haven is a lovely little chalet that served us well... If you read where the location is and you do your research then you can't complain at all. We would definitely stay at little Haven again... Oh yeah Dartmouth is so beautiful and picturesque.

    Barely saw the staff, except to book in. Door let light in all night from the landing, the bathroom door would not stay shut, leading to more light from the bathroom window. The pub is next door to a church which tolled the hour right through the night. In short, although the room was clean and the bed comfortable, I got hardly any sleep.

    Great chalet, great location and great hosts. Chalet is in a nice and quiet area. It is a short drive to Dartmouth and Blackpool sands beach. I found our stay very relaxing and everything you could need was in the chalet. The chalet was spotlessly clean. The hosts sent us all the information we needed promptly and were also contactable if needed. There is lots to do in the area but equally the park is well kept and maintained if you fancy a day reading your book and sitting in the sun. Highly recommend.

    Fabulous chalet, really clean and comfortable. The park itself does not have facilities such as clubhouse, pool, etc which suited us and we wanted to get out and about to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding areas. Lovely knowing you are heading back to such a nice base after each day out.

    SCAM!!! AVOID PLACE AND OWNER!!! Accommodation is completely different from the description. It's very small, dirty and disgusting chalet. Sofa smelled like urinal. Duvets and blankets dirty, smelly and stained! Owner offered to wash those if we pay £6 for each! Boiler broken - no hot water! Toilet lights broken! Some windows won't shut. We were tricked on arrival to give owner PIN to booking, then she wrote a fake review on our behalf!!!
