The best part was the quality bedding I climbed into, it smelled fresh and felt upmarket! And the shower (water pressure, and spray) was AMAZING and luxurious (and so spacious)!!

The lodge is great and all other room except mine have good view of the mountain. I deliberately booked a room with a view but was given the other. Of course, not a big deal because i was only for a night.
A lot of mosquitos as the windows were kept open during the hot day.

Really comfy and cozy room, very well kept and clean. Central location in Wilderness made everything accessible by foot and Pomodorro restaurant food the best in town! Claudio, Ricardo and Magda super friendly and helpful and with breakfast included makes this accommodation the best bang for your buck!
Offering garden views, Pirates Creek Self-Catering Chalets in Wilderness offers accommodations, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and barbecue facilities.
For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
The rooms were quite well appointed and the hotel well maintained. The staff was great and very helpful. Great variety at breakfast and the food was delicious.
There’s a free shuttle to take you to and from the golf club.
This was a truly exceptional and a "wow" stay! Firstly the communication with the company and the arrangements were of the highest order - everything was clear and organised completely. The cabins are truly beautiful and we spent much time just admiring the surrounds of the area. Everything you could think of was supplied and we just settled in and enjoyed the time! Well done to Buff and Fellow and look forward to return visit!
The view was the best aspect of this resort. The chalets are private and have the cutest fish names for each chalet. The best part for me is not having a TV because it gives us the necessary time to talk, rest, walk, or drive around.
Room size. Neatness. Shuttle service. View of sunrise from upstairs. Breakfast. Views from club house. Music at restaurants. Bigger bed than most hotels. Renovated room with beautiful bathtub and modern finishes.
The hotel in a nice location.
The shuttle driver was very nice and jolly.
the evening room service staff were very nice and friendly, went out of their way to get the orders right and served with a smile.
On Monday evening the receptionist organised and had hot water delivered to my room in a bucket so that I could bath because the water in my room was too dirty.
The Eco Cabins are absolutely beautiful and well equipped. The check in/out process is so effortless. We enjoyed our stay and the use of the canoes, Woodfired jacuzzi and fishing rods and having the game right at your doorstep is a beautiful sight. The Cabins do tend to get quite chilly at night but there is a fireplace fully stocked with wood.
Really has everything going for it, place is off the beaten track, quiet, views are fantastic, chalets are clean, chap comes around every third day to clean out the fireplace, great spot to get away. All in all a great stay, thank you, I would certainly stay here again.
