The hostess was so friendly and helpful on things to do and see. The town of Oben was only a 3 min walk with lots of shops and restaurants. The cabin which is like a modern studio apartment with all amenities was overlooking the bay. Perfect and beautiful place to stay for a few days.

Helpful and very friendly host who personally looks after everything. Location is ideal to the endless sand beaches of Westport, popular with surfers, to the dunes and golf of Machrihanish and to Campbeltown.

Outdoor seating is also available at the apartment. This was a lovely cabin in a great location, within walking distance to the main centre with amazing views. Very homely with so many nice touches, I met with the host Alison who was really knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips about the island and where we could take our dog. We visited in February and of course Scotland in February is freezing, being a cabin it is cold but the owners have obviously considered this a lot as there is a radiator in the main living area and bedroom and a heated towel rail in the en suite, there is also a fire, slippers, electric blanket and a box of blankets available to keep you toasty and warm. So thoughtful. I will be looking forward to staying here again.
