Have stayed before and Yetland Farm Cottages didn't disappoint! Travelled with friends; so 4 adults, 2 x 14 year olds and 2 x 13 year olds. Two cottages and two dogs. Facilities were great; good use made of the pool table, table tennis, tennis court and football pitch.

The owner was responsive and helpful. The Place was clean and had everything we needed. Far enough from everywhere where it was really nice and quiet to relax. Close enough to travel to town to grab a bite, have a drink or even just go for a walk along the river bank. Dartmouth is just beautiful. It was my first visit, but surely won't be the last.

Cosy north Devon lodge within Hartland forest se nachází v destinaci Exeter a nabízí ubytování s patiem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Lodge was very cosy and welcoming. Parking right outside. Bed was very comfortable and the general decor was tasteful. All facilities were catered for including some board games. Welcome goodies were an extra touch which we appreciated!

Fantastic lodge in a beautiful setting. The sound of the river was so peaceful and relaxing and the lodge was so comfortable and had everything you could need. Would love to go back soon.

Loved my post New Year break here. Very quiet, very comfortable, had everything I needed. Easy access and nice little touches like milk and a small bottle of wine, although I don't drink anymore but a nice touch. The kitchen setup was excellent, the shower room perfect, and the bed incredibly comfortable. I'm definitely heading back at some point.

I loved the location , just outside of the main town but near enough to bus it or take the car . It was so much nicer having the 3 bedrooms instead of staying at a hotel or bed and breakfast . The ease of getting in and the space to relax with the grandkids

Lots of room, great location. The chalet is kitted put with lots, need a grater... there's a small one in the drawer... forgot washing up liquid, there's already some there. Leona is a fantastic host, and ready with lots and lots of information to help you make the most of your weekend. She was fantastic and I felt completely at ease with my booking and was able to look forward to the holiday. There was plenty of room, lots of bedding, outside picnic bench, extra chairs, lots of items to cook with. I would definitely be happy to book again, and have already discussed with my mum, about booking two of Leonas properties next year and having my sister and her family come with us too, as we'd all be next door. The small green just out the front is lovely for young children to play. The site is only a ten minute walk down to the beach front too. It was just wonderful.
