A warm welcome from Lorna, together with the goodies in the fridge, set the mood for our entire journey, and the place is just as lovely (or more) as it seems in the photos. You can feel that it was made from the heart, not as just yet another rental. Oh, and the whole area is lovely, peaceful, and quiet.

Set in Kirknewton, just 16 km from Murrayfield Stadium, Highfield Cottage offers accommodation with free bikes, a garden and free WiFi. Very close to the train station. The cottage is a piece of history. The gardens are so lovely. Make me go back in time. Definitely a place worth to spend the nights. Very good communication with the host, friendly and happy to help. I recommend, you will not regret it.

Everything was clean and tidy and really comfortable, it’s such a beautiful property inside and out and I can not fault mark at all, the carbon monoxide alarm started going off and I got in touch with mark and he sorted it out luckily it was a battery fault, I definitely recommend booking this property if your looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Was lovely and so big! Very comfortable and the staff were amazing nothing was too much of a bother. The view was stunning we will defos be back.. breakfast straight to our lodge in the morning was a nice touch

Set 32 km from Muirfield, Eco Indigo offers accommodation with a patio, as well as a terrace and barbecue facilities. Clemency and Lennox are great host.Had a really wonderful stay at Bass Rock Pod. The pod was absolutely perfect for us as a family- so well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with absolutely stunning views in the middle of nature. We really loved having a tour of the farm and got to spend great time with the hosts. Enjoyed some produce from the farm too :) We can't recommend this beautiful place highly enough and look forward to returning. Jiten Pooja Yash.

Situated within 12 km of Muirfield and 33 km of Arthurs Seat in North Berwick, JOIVY The Lodge At Gilmerton House, North Berwick features accommodation with seating area. Great communication from our host. Lovely treats left for us which were very unexpected but welcome after a long journey. The lodge is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and with everything we needed for our stay. Would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.
