I would like to suggest adding ventilation in the bathrooms and perhaps additional ventilation in the kitchen.
When we arrived, the unit had a strong scent probably from the previous occupants cooking. We had to open all windows to air it out despite of the cold winter air coming in.

We liked that the hot tub was inside and out. The slide and pool were fun. The beds were great and the shower was awesome! I wish it was cleaner in some places but it was good overall!

We really liked the hotel; the location is excellent. The only thing we didn't like was that the window only has a veil, and all the light from the street comes in.

We didn't spend any actual time in Canmore - it was more of a base for us. Our time was mostly spent in Banff & Lake Louise. You have to be prepared to drive after dinner in a dark and not-so-great highway amongst heavy long trucks. So if this is a problem for you, don't stay in Canmore, or simply have your dinners in Canmore. It's also a pretty long drive to Lake Louise, so if you want to spend more time there, you might have to stay in Banff.

Canmore is a little gem in a beautiful Rocky Mountain setting. It has a quaint and welcoming feeling, although it can be quite busy in the weekends. There are outstanding restaurants (Ankor, for example), interesting art galleries, fun activities for kids of all ages!

Canmore is an incredibly beautiful town with lots to do!
Canmore is an incredibly beautiful town with lots to do! From skating, skiing, hiking, and canyon exploring, there is so much outdoor winter activities for everyone! The town is fairly pedestrian- and bike-friendly and is easy to navigate. There are lots of great shops and restaurants to choose from, and hotels are decent too. I would definitely recommend Canmore as a cheaper alternative to Banff with almost the same amenities and attractions available within a short drive's reach!

Beautiful hotel! Had a wonderful lounge area by the fireplace to play games in lobby, happy hour every day, most beautiful modern rooms with a great view of the mountains. Short drive to Main Street of Canmore shops. Overall such a lovely hotel to stay. Very comfy beds and pillows and rooms very roomy.
The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. She accomodated us to check in early as my husband had to go for surgery at the canmore hospital. Very clean and comfy. The breakfast was very good. Very quiet hotel. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.
This is a big hotel with a small hotel feel. The staff were really helpful.
Just a short walk from the Main Street of Canmore, which is lined with great restaurants.
There's a handy small shopping mall directly across.
Central location, accessible to restaurants, public transportation to Banff/Lake Louise and few minutes walk to downtown canmore shopping and grocery stores. Property was quet with pool, gym.
Lovely small chalets with a small kitchen and utilities.
Great view at the mountains.
Don’t expect a luxury small house, but this is great for a few days stay around Canmore and Banff.
