Like: location excellent! Love it!! Would love to return. The room with balcony small but balcony large excellent. Views breath taken!! Martha the host very helpful. Answer all my questions. Breakfast, very good. Dislike: Breakfast, very good but in busiest times runned out of eggs, they missed topping up. The bed/mattress too soft and pillows very uncomfortable. ( room with large balcony) number 11 I also stayed in the room 15 ( large room without balcony) mattress was firmer and pillows were better.

Very "alpine". Good rustic atmosphere. Bedroom lovely, with balcony over front door. Excellent draught beer! Didn't take evening meal, but breakfast was good.

Amazing!!! So beautiful, the hotel is located on the lake’s edge and the views from the rooms are spectacular. Great chef restaurant Parking is free We had a wonderful time staying in this hotel The staff service was excellent to the smallest detail in order for us to enjoy our stay. The spa was incredible as well as the Rigi activities (hiking, skiing). The quality of the food at the restaurant was also great.
