Chillán is highly underrated.
Chillán is highly underrated. I love visiting the Mexican murals in the Escuela de México, seeing the Cathedral, walking through the vegetable and artesan markets, and eating in the Mercado Municipal. Eat at Cocinería Carmencita, they have amazing Chilean dishes! Also, if you crave a good coffee, and especially if you are gluten free, go to Cafetería Limarí.
