Against common opinion(and also reviews) we had a great stay at white valley! Food was very good, healthy & much variation (than we used to for Egypt) Room was awesome, with balcony and pool view, beds so comfy!! All the employees are super friendly and Mohamed Kamal for sure is employee of the year. Never experienced such friendly, polite, caring, helpful person like him. YOU ARE THE BEST! super friendly staff at the Restaurant -very attentive! for the smokers: there are many places and spaces where yout can smoke - also at the beavh and the Pool. Met also Ali, the general manager with good intuition of people's needs. Animation was great also beacause of the people's funny characters(greetings to Tarek&Ayman&all the others who's name we forgot). Keep being so funny, pls. Pools are great located, Beach is quiet for relaxing. When the music is playing, animation team has a an excellent taste of music.

We stayed at Beach Albatros Hotel for our family vacation and had a fantastic experience! The food was excellent, with a great variety—especially at dinner, where you can choose from 3–4 different cuisines. At the main restaurant, people often mix and match dishes, which made meals both fun and delicious. The kids' aqua park was a highlight! My daughter had an amazing time there and loved every minute. The hotel has a compact layout, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. My daughter even memorized where everything was on the first day! The front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and were always available to answer any questions. The kitchen and restaurant teams were quick, helpful, and eager to assist—and in the rare case something went wrong, they went above and beyond to make it right. The housekeeping team was also very accommodating with all our requests. The beach and pool staff were especially friendly with the kids and always attentive. I personally loved how close the beach was, and the water was perfect for swimming. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable family getaway. Highly recommended!

Facilities were spotless, aquapark was great and snorkeling off the pier was very nice. Wide range of activities for all ages and staff were extremely friendly. A superb resort for a vacation. Highly recommended.
