Superb hotel with access to the sea. Located 40 minutes from Hurghada Marina. It's very quiet. The staff is great: friendly, helpful, and cheerful. They do their best to offer fun activities. The hotel is large but remains far removed from the excess of Hurghada's large hotels. Four different restaurants, very decent food. The Wi-Fi works well. Spécial Thanks to Mahmoud, our concierge.

Against common opinion(and also reviews) we had a great stay at white valley! Food was very good, healthy & much variation (than we used to for Egypt) Room was awesome, with balcony and pool view, beds so comfy!! All the employees are super friendly and Mohamed Kamal for sure is employee of the year. Never experienced such friendly, polite, caring, helpful person like him. YOU ARE THE BEST! super friendly staff at the Restaurant -very attentive! for the smokers: there are many places and spaces where yout can smoke - also at the beavh and the Pool. Met also Ali, the general manager with good intuition of people's needs. Animation was great also beacause of the people's funny characters(greetings to Tarek&Ayman&all the others who's name we forgot). Keep being so funny, pls. Pools are great located, Beach is quiet for relaxing. When the music is playing, animation team has a an excellent taste of music.

We really enjoyed our stay in Neverland with a choice of restaurants so we enjoyed a different one every night. We were really impressed by the amount of activities in the evening time after the water park had closed so the kids were entertained and active until bed time.

The staff are so friendly. They are all lovely..Our favourite staff member Alaa Mahmoud whose name tag says Ali was not working during the two weeks we stayed. Ahmed Mahmod in the restaurant is great. I don't know how he can be aware of so many things going on at the same time. Mahmoud the juice guy made sure we got our freshly squeezed juices. Always joking. One of the Animation/ Activities team does an incredible job too. He invested in our well being every day and made sure we were having fun. I forgot his name. He is a tall Egyptian with lots of curly hair. He was the heart of the team. Also the brains, calculating the darts scores in the fun tournaments.
