As Bradford is 2025 City of Culture there was a lot to see in terms of exhibitions and art, especially from David Hockney: the Saltaire Hockney exhibition is also only a few miles away.
All in all well worth a visit certainly this year.

Still to many diversions and roadworks.... Driving around town can get you a ticket without you even knowing as it's not well sign posted....Bradford still smells like cigarettes and piss.... It really hasn't improved... I do see the changes but I just don't think it's for the best

Bradford has a mixed reputation but is actually rather nice. Many fine Victorian buildings with good modern pedestrianised landscaping. All very clean - very little litter anywhere. Some important museums, and an excellent base for seeing Yorkshire heritage. Superb Indian restaurants.

Convenient location for trips to Haworth, Salts Mill and walking country. We were here for a football match and stayed overnight before returning home. However it's an area we know very well, having previously lived in the area.

Attended a show at St George's Hall. Hotel next to the theatre so location was ideal and also it was just across the road from Bradford Interchange Train Station. Breakfast was included and was adequate - plenty of choice. Staff very courteous both at reception when checking in and at breakfast. Hotel was very close to the main shopping area.
The hotel has an excellent city centre location, making it very convenient for exploring Bradford. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The shower had fantastic water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Beautiful historic building, centrally located with good parking in the private car park offering a rear entrance in to the hotel lobby.
The room was a little dated but very clean, in room kettle and biscuits, and toiletries provided.
If returning to Bradford, we would definitely stay here again.
This is my hotel of choice when visiting Bradford.
Good location, good size room that has been well cleaned.
Excellent staff from the desk to domestic. All are helpful and considerate.
Very competitive room rates.
Parking is available next to the hotel. Book online for the best rates.
Best night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Bed was huge and comfy. Thought traffic noise may both me as I am a super light sleep but it didn’t.
Loved that we could get the shuttle bus into Bradford and back after evening theatre visit.
