I also got a free upgrade on my room, which was great! The food is fantastic and the presentation of the food, made it look too good to eat. Cooked fresh and tasted wonderful. Good old fashioned excellent customer service is also offered, which you do not see often enough anymore. Plans were made by the hotel to accommodate this without fuss or complaint. We had a very good breakfast (which you do need to order in advance) and all the staff were lovely.
