Beautiful Hotel on arrival was given the key to the wrong bedroom. Enter the bedroom with people already in the room had to go back to reception. This took over an hour was given a beautiful room 114 because of the mistake with room 108 .
Our new room was lovely and clean but was cold. There was no heating in it for the first night we stayed the breakfast next morning was beautiful, then on Sunday morning around 12 o’clock someone from staff kept knocking on the door next to us and shouting we tried to ignore but it continues and continues that evening. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and the staff were pleasant and couldn’t do enough and the room was beautiful and warm Sunday night Monday morning waking up the room was also warm. The radiators were hot and we went for a beautiful breakfast served by beautiful staff and very helpful when I was checking out I was met by one of the staff to be told that I had to pay for the breakfast which I did ,but in the back of my mind from when I was booking the room, my understanding was the breakfast was with the deal since then I’ve been looking up to see is this true or untrue but I cannot figure it out I’m selling this story because it is what it is overall I am happy we stayed there we will stay there again but it would be unfair of me not to mention the things that happened but I wanted. I want to be clear that this would not put me off from staying there. fantastic location fantastic facility and the meal and hospitality was very good. Yes there was a mixup with the room which was embarrassing. There was a lot going on in the lobby when we arrived. This might have added to the confusion.
Many thanks

Great location, great food, great room! The windows and public areas could do with good deep clean, otherwise we were delighted with the Riverbank. Highly recommend the bar food.
Enniscorthy is a pleasant, old town. But there are limited things to do and see there. Vinegar Hill is an interesting historical location and offers a pleasant view of the area, but this takes only an hour or two to experience.
The town of Enniscorthy is very quite, probably best described as a locals town.

Enniscorthy is lovely the bullying threatening security staff at hotel are not. Also the park has no grounds to it unlike they suggest there is a council park next to it complete with drunken antisocial yobs.

The town is run down with many delapidated buildings.
The town is run down with many delapidated buildings. Not enough shops and restaurants in the town to even spend a day - overall not a destination. Very steep streets so unpleasant trying to get around with a pram. Early evening gangs of young people congregated in square drinking cans - very unsociable atmosphere all round.

I would tell people that Ireland is wonderful.
I would tell people that Ireland is wonderful. But when you pay for something you don't use. And the company or Hotel know it wasn't our fault. They should refund us immediately. Show us what the real Ireland is all about. The beautiful country and kind people.

Quiet area, in the countryside. Not in a town. I thought it would be closer to Enniscorthy from the address however, it's about 12Km from Enniscorthy. This wasn't a problem for us but if you are looking to be close to the town, this is not.
We have more than 70 million property reviews, and they're all from real, verified guests.
