The property is rated as a 4 star and while it is decorated as a 4 star hotel should be it is tired and worn. We are an easy going couple and don’t complain but this stay was not relaxing at all. The bar seating / eating areas were dirty. The food was so bland and underwhelming and I have had better breakfasts in budget hotels. The only saving grace is the staff who are all exceptional. Both nights there were fights and arguments in our corridor, with doors being banged and kicked. The second night there was so much disruption and arguments between guests in different rooms it was impossible to sleep. This is a 3 to a 3.5 star hotel at a maximum. I would never stay again.

This is a lovely hotel in a brilliant location. All of the staff were extremely helpful. The restaurant was excellent and the food was very good. This hotel has a large car park with good access.

You can go there without hesitation. Open parking is available at the hotel and very near. A good restaurant in the hotel. If the staff was smiling a bit more, this would have been perfect.
