The people were very helpful and responded to all our requests. The breakfasts were amazing - served at our table rather than the more usual buffet and comprising an extraordinary and abundant selection of sweet and savoury cakes , cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit, and so much more. I stayed here for a few days and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, especially if you need to reach the university — it's just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the comforts I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent, though fairly simple — enough to start the day, but nothing particularly special. All in all, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Palermo, especially for university-related visits.

The location is in the centre of the city and that is great but you have to be careful in entering this zone. The staff vas very helpful about that and taking care of the car.
