Excellent very good breakfast brought to the table by friendly and helpful staff. Good location near to many of Palermo 's attractions. Interesting restored building with ancient tiles below glass floors.

I stayed here for a few days and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, especially if you need to reach the university — it's just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the comforts I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent, though fairly simple — enough to start the day, but nothing particularly special. All in all, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Palermo, especially for university-related visits.

The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, which offers easier access (for example from the airport, by bus or train). It takes 15 minutes of leisurely walking to reach the city center from the hotel. It is quite noisy, but noise is generally present throughout the city.
