Hotel was very clean and the people there were very friendly. The hotel is located pretty much near everything. We walked to where we wanted to go to.
About 20 minute walking to shopping and the market area.
There are close by eateries also.
Would stay here again.
We had two rooms which was right next to each other which was convenient.

Loved Sapporo. Such a great city. Lots to explore, but not too big or overwhelming. Felt safe. Food was amazing. Loved snowboarding at Tiene. Could have spent hours at the aquarium. It was delightful.

Being from Hawaii, I've never experienced snow before.
Being from Hawaii, I've never experienced snow before. Even in mid-March it was still snowing! Absolutely beautiful experience without the congestion of Tokyo. The regional food specialties were great! Be sure to try the hairy crab, Hokkaido potatoes, and Hokkaido ice cream (especially Cremia located in Tanukikoji!). If you have time, make your way out to Otaru and Yoichi (home of the Nikka Whisky Distillery).

We were in Sapporo during the winter. It was very snow, but we were prepared for that so we had the correct clothing and gear. It was sunny, so that was great. We enjoyed walking the downtown area, especially Odori Park. It was easy to find places to eat and shop.

I went to Sapporo for a cross country ski marathon, excellent trails, beautiful xc skiing in forest. Also Sapporo was easy to get around, great public transport infrastructure. I would recommend the Otaru Aquarium and AOAO aquarium near Odari park.

Sapporo is an incredible destination that offers a perfect blend of modern city life and natural beauty. The city’s charm is truly unmatched, with its stunning snowy landscapes in the winter and vibrant atmosphere year-round.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-connected the city is. Public transport, including trams, is convenient, and getting around the city is a breeze. Whether you're visiting local attractions like the Sapporo Clock Tower or enjoying the scenic beauty of Odori Park, the city has so much to offer.
One of the highlights of my trip was the warmth of the people. Despite the cold weather, everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming. I particularly loved the little touches, like the amazing halal Turkish restaurant just a short walk away from my stay. The owner was so kind, and the food was delicious!
The city's food scene is another big win – from the famous miso ramen to fresh seafood, there is something for every taste. It was also great to have access to a well-equipped place to stay, where I could cook and steam a delicious king crab I bought locally – a real highlight of the trip!
Sapporo is a city that combines beautiful sights with amazing food, and most importantly, incredible people. It’s definitely a place I’ll visit again!

Very clean rooms. Staff at check-in were very friendly, we arrived prior to 3pm, but our room was ready so we were able to check right in, thank you. Rooms are 'compact', but we knew that in advance, but in reality it's a non issue.
Location was perfect, across the road from Odori Park for the Snow Festival. Walking distance to Sapporo train station.
Whilst rooms weren't next to each other, they were on the same floor and a short walk to each other.
Would stay again, if in Sapporo. Thank you.
Room is clean and large with all amenities, specially provide coffee capsule. Check-in staff is very friendly and help us move all our luggages to room. There has parking facility within hotel. And also, there is car rental agency just right next to the hotel. If you consider renting a car, this is better hotel to choose as it's easy to pickup/return your car. 7-Eleven is just across the road which is very convenience. we will definitely stay here again when we visit Sapporo next time
This is a old fashion style hotel. But they have good breakfast, good services, and good location. It's just next to Nakashima Park. Good for elder persons to walk around the park in the morning. The Metro station is just at the hotel entrance. Airport bus station is just across the street. Close to Susukino for restaurants and shopping.
