Sapporo is a really good place for people who has experienced Tokyo or Osaka as it was less hectic compared to Tokyo and easier to navigate. Historically Sapporo is rich with its own, and very proud with its heritage. Worth to note that they also are very proud of the cuisine and agricultural products.

Loved Sapporo. Such a great city. Lots to explore, but not too big or overwhelming. Felt safe. Food was amazing. Loved snowboarding at Tiene. Could have spent hours at the aquarium. It was delightful.

Being from Hawaii, I've never experienced snow before.
Being from Hawaii, I've never experienced snow before. Even in mid-March it was still snowing! Absolutely beautiful experience without the congestion of Tokyo. The regional food specialties were great! Be sure to try the hairy crab, Hokkaido potatoes, and Hokkaido ice cream (especially Cremia located in Tanukikoji!). If you have time, make your way out to Otaru and Yoichi (home of the Nikka Whisky Distillery).

We were in Sapporo during the winter.
We were in Sapporo during the winter. It was very snow, but we were prepared for that so we had the correct clothing and gear. It was sunny, so that was great. We enjoyed walking the downtown area, especially Odori Park. It was easy to find places to eat and shop.

I went to Sapporo for a cross country ski marathon, excellent trails, beautiful xc skiing in forest. Also Sapporo was easy to get around, great public transport infrastructure. I would recommend the Otaru Aquarium and AOAO aquarium near Odari park.

Location as its only 7min to Sapporo Jr Station but the Residence Grand Stripe is secluded from main street. For the value pricing it's ok. Has both heater & aircon but the air contd not properly fixed. Plus point is the bathroom with bathtub is separated from toilet bowl. This Airbnb is good for family and kitchen utensil for cooking is chargeable upon request. Would come to stay again in future
Hotel is quite new and modern, room is clean and bed is comfortable. Check-in staff is very friendly and can speak frequent english. There is no parking facility within hotel. however, this is public park just right next to the hotel which is cheaper than normal hotel parking in Sapporo. 7-Eleven is just next to the hotel which is very convenience to get some food there.
1.close to the Sapporo central station and the biggest shopping mall.
2.close to Odori park where the annual Snow festival is held.
3.Close to the Clock tower museum. 4.Right across the road is Starbucks and many convenience stores, bistros and bakery nearby.
5. Has a bathtub despite its small space and plenty of hot water. shower works great.
Great location, 4-5mins walk from the nearest station and 15-20mins away from shopping areas/ main train station. Great service as the staff were patient and helpful. The hotel/room was calm and quiet, right next to a park where we could go play in the snow. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if in Sapporo
Hotel is clean and triple room is decent. Coffee at lobby is good.
Proximity to Sapporo station and walking distance to
Clock clock tower, odori park.. a lot of options for food in the vicinity.
