We needed a table in our room so that we could work and staff quickly accommodated us. The hotel is close to great restaurants. We were able to rent bikes and fins from the hotel. The room had a coffee maker and small refrigerator. There is a tiny grocery store nearby that had a wonderful ice cream treat: pineapple blended in ice cream and frozen in the pineapple shell. Lovely cotton sheets on the bed and a good mattress.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. you must do all activities they provide , worth the money, the experience and helping the rescue center and the entire concept . Best experience was without a doubt our tour with the guide Cesar around the park. Like the cesar salada he says. The best! The massage is also a must , 4 types of masssage in 1h30 with a topnoch massagist . food very tasty . we also took the to see turtles , booking via the the reception they provide a local and help the camping too. confort of the place is high considering its camping. cenotes in the park to swim.

Lots of food options, food quality everywhere was amazing, with four different restaurants and a daily buffet, plus unlimited 24/7 room service there is nothing to complain about. At every turn staff asking if you need anything, and bars are everywhere on site. Just remember to bring lots of $1 bills to tip the staff, they absolutely appreciate it. Sometimes we didn't have cash on us and our service was not any better or worse, but we made sure to tip next time we saw the person helping us. They have a host (in our case it was Hector - Amazing person all around) that takes care of you during your stay via whats app and you always see them in person walking around, it is a perfect touch to make you feel taking care of. I can't say enough about this hotel how they go above and beyond to make you feel taking care of during your stay. Honestly amazing experience. AAA+++ -Clean -Great Atmosphere -Events (Properly managed) -Amazing Food and variety -No Kids -No Pets -Approx 1 hour ride south of Cancun Int Airport (Contact hotel for transportation way better than BOOKING.COM) -Return Visit at same resort or another resort owned by same company?
