Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Nags Head Oceanfront is nestled on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Guest can take a refreshing plunge in the pool or unwind in the hot tub.

The location was perfect and the view from our ocean front room was truly amazing. We also really appreciated the choice to check in earlier and check out later with a decent additional price.

It was my first trip to the area.

It was my first trip to the area. It's a small and older hotel that was clean, comfortable and charming. Loved the cozy lobby with fireplace...gave it a B&B feel. Room was clean with comfortable bed. TV was basic...could not stream, but for me that was not an issue. Proximity to the beach was great...just a short walk out over dunes. Also, close to some great restaurants like Rundown Cafe, Thai Room (walking distance). Will definitely return!

We loved our stay at the Outer Banks Motor Lodge.

We loved our stay at the Outer Banks Motor Lodge. It was especially nice having a room right on the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants, shops, and close to the Avalon fishing pier, which we enjoyed. We also found a cool little place called "I Got Your Crabs Shellfish Marked and Oyster Bar" they shuck the others right at the bar and are the freshest most delicious oysters I've ever had! We also really liked our room being an efficiency. We were able to cook breakfast and have fresh coffee in the morning on our porch in the comfortable rockers. The room had everything we needed and was updated and very clean. Staff was great and very friendly. We even booked another trip here during our stay for a few months down the road. Definitely Highly recommended!

Liked / price Dislike / no SHEETS or pillow case , delayed entry ( codes wasnt working ) , small bed ( king ? Hmm ) , freezer door in cabinet ( i fixed ) . Mr cool not working and batteries dead in remote . No response to no linens ,too many text emails and calls ( love early call on 1st morning stay by VACASA ) . Could not understand all these issue being someone was supposed to have cleaned room i was told was reason couldn't check in at 3pm . No welcome note on bed

    Love the OBX!!

Love the OBX!! I was sick during the time I was visiting, so had to cut this trip short by one night. I love visiting in fall, less traffic, peaceful. We always ride down to Hatteras looking at lighthouses.

The location was perfect. It was so nice to have access directly to the beach and be able to go back to the room for lunch or breaks. We brought our little dog Annie, with us and both the beach and hotel was very pet friendly. Btw we found out she was a crab hunter when we hit the beach late night lol, which is a must do if you visit.

The location of the hotel was nice. It was a very short walk to the beach. Being able to walk out in the morning to see that sunrise was very nice. The breakfast was also good.
