The Comfort Inn & Suites - Lantana - West Palm Beach hotel is conveniently located minutes from the Boynton Beach Mall.

Women at desk was Rude to everybody in line. Never got room!!!!! Insisted no reservation even though I showed her on site!!!, had to sit in parking lot to find another hotel! Will put this hotel at bottom of call list!!!!

the staff honestly made the experience SO MUCH BETTER!! we had a little situation with the pool being under construction but the GM Robert helped us out for the inconvenience. Stephanie the manager of the restaurant truly went above and beyond for us to make the experience great for our anniversary after a little miscommunication it honestly was amazing so thank you thank you!! Also to the employees Kayla up front for upgrading our room as well and Kyla our server we were extremely pleased overall with the staff you guys honestly made the experience !

    If you don't mind that the place needs lots of work and you just need somewhere to lay your head, then knock yourself out, but if you're looking for accommodation that are clean, comfortable and relaxing with all of the amenities. This is definitely not your place. I stayed there about 7 years ago and absolutely no work has been done since then but it wasn't as awful as it is now. Proximity a plus, breakfast a big plus, customer service lacking. I am still waiting on my deposit.

    Neighborhood of this hotel during the day seemed ok, at night it's not a safe place to be outside or walk around. There was WAWA nearby an not other reputable businesses. A hood liquor store, old dirty Family dollar, a questionable bar and a few other small unknown stores.

    Honestly I felt that for the price I paid I should have had a more comfortable stay. I was not impressed at all. And the manager checked us in while a young man smoked weed right by the front door. Then when we walked to our room there were kids smoking weed and drinking outside the rooms making loud noise. NOT AT ALL FAMILY FRIENDLY!!

    Disgusting dirty curtains and blue chairs with stains. I killed 2 roaches. Only good thing was the kitchen employee she was nice. Outside ceiling with holes with dangling pieces. Very dangerous. Rub doesn’t drain properly. Not enough light

    I am sorry to write this, but there was nothing that I could write that I feel was good, other then that was the only place that we could find a room for the night. It looked as if there was nothing updated or refurnished since it was built. Maybe 70 years ago or older. Do not know when it was built for sure. I am 83 years old. This place is old, too.

    I asked for a room near the front of the place.

    I asked for a room near the front of the place. I was given a place around the corner near the back. There were 3 men just hanging out back there. I received a new room on the very end of the row on the office side. This place has very poor soundproofing and there's way to much activity going on all night long. You need security there after 5 checking plates and IDs and room cards to gain access to the property

    There were bugs in the room. There were burn holes in the blanket on the bed. The motel was very rundown in general. I checked out after only 2 hours. I started an official complaint with Motel 6 customer service: GRMRENTJ. I would like a full refund. Additionally, there were multiple people smoking pot outside, which is fine except they didn't even have the courtesy to stand away from the building.

    Staff is wonderful!! Hotel is being renovated. We were in a room that has not yet been renovated so we better understand why they are renovating. Room was rather dated. Couldn’t get TV to work and gentleman from desk worked very hard to figure out what was wrong and finally fixed. Prior guest had unplugged a number of things and he figured it out and fixed it.
