United StatesWe were upgraded from a studio to a two bedroom suite due to an elevator outage for the studios. Beach front access was really nice to have and what we were looking for. The final unit we had was nice with a working air conditioner.

If you don't mind that the place needs lots of work and you just need somewhere to lay your head, then knock yourself out, but if you're looking for accommodation that are clean, comfortable and relaxing with all of the amenities. This is definitely not your place. I stayed there about 7 years ago and absolutely no work has been done since then but it wasn't as awful as it is now. Honestly I felt that for the price I paid I should have had a more comfortable stay. I was not impressed at all. And the manager checked us in while a young man smoked weed right by the front door. I am sorry to write this, but there was nothing that I could write that I feel was good, other then that was the only place that we could find a room for the night. It looked as if there was nothing updated or refurnished since it was built. Maybe 70 years ago or older. Do not know when it was built for sure. I am 83 years old. I asked for a room near the front of the place.
I asked for a room near the front of the place. I was given a place around the corner near the back. There were 3 men just hanging out back there. I received a new room on the very end of the row on the office side. This place has very poor soundproofing and there's way to much activity going on all night long.
