This hotel in Hue was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The beds were unbelievably comfortable - actually the most comfortable bed we slept in during our time in Vietnam. It was a great location to the walking street and far enough away that you didn’t hear any outside noises. Highly recommended :-)

Kelly, Ryan and Rosie were friendly and welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay special. They arranged a private tour of the citadel, tombs and incense village with a local driver/guide, Ham, who was friendly, knowledgeable and provided recommendations for places to eat. We had an early start one morning and were provided with a nice breakfast box to take with us.

Toilet was dirty and room smells old. Floorboards bouncy. Location was best attribute. Strange rules about denying and fining when bringing in outside foods like snacks.
