Luc, Tao, Phuong and the team are the best thing about this hotel. A very friendly team of staff who are always there with a smile and ready to answer all your questions. The breakfasts were also very good, a full range of all the tropical fruits, Asian brekkies and western options, plus all the usual Asian pastries and treats, juices, coffee and tea etc. The room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable and no noise at night. Luc organised a scooter for us to hire during our time in Hue at a reasonable price. We wpuld stay again 😀

There was nothing not to like about the White Lotus. The hotel has a "new" feel to it as everything was so clean and sparkling. The location was great, close to the main strip.
The two bedroom family suite was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the river and bridges from both our bedrooms. Both the bathrooms were spacious as well.
The breakfast spread was extensive. We just didnt have enough time to enjoy since we stayed here only for one night.
The pool is very big however had a lemony taste to the water, which could sting on sensitive skin or eyes.

For the price, the hotel is adequate. Good location, although a little difficult to find from the street at first. Helpful staff. Small room. Good breakfast.

A really 5 star hotel at all levels: extraordinary kind and helpful stall in all its instalations: fantastic restaurant where i had also lunch and dinner which i really enjoyed. Spa and massage were of high quality, too. Room was enourmous and beautiful with a little balcony with a fantastic view! All a 10!! Thank you, Indochina Palace and a special thanks to your amazing staff!!! Didnt want to leave!
