This is clearly a well-run development, with 24 hour gated security and dedicated parking. The pool, the landscaping and the buildings were clean and well-maintained. The check in was easy with the onsite agent. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the large balcony. Extra points for including a portable electric fan! The unit is on the 2nd floor, in the last building in the back. The development includes a private beach with lounge chairs and permanent thatched roof cabanas. The unappetizingly named "Jellyfish Restaurant" next door nevertheless had great food.

The apartment was very well equipped with kitchen gadgets, entertainment (Netflix and uoutube). Good and comfortable furnishings. Cap Cana area is nice and it has its own private beach.

The location was perfect, just a short three-minute walk to the beach!
