Also, these are very thoughtful, family oriented owners, as they have everything a family would need for a fun filled day at the beach like towels, boards, coolers, beach chairs and more. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family (2 grandparents, 2 parents, one 18 month old toddler). The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the beds were VERY comfortable (we even had the two twin beds converted into a king), and there was even a lot of beach gear available too including towels, chairs, snorkel gear, etc! We were especially grateful for all the accommodations for our toddler - a pack and play, high chair/booster seat, and toddler plates/cutlery was provided. The condo was located in the third building (furthest from the road) but the views were amazing and the walk to the beach was very short. The common spaces (pool and tennis courts) were never too busy and perfect for us. The location is quite walkable to shopping and restaurants. Plus, Sandy, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This condo is a little bigger than others in Kihei I've stayed in. The pool is also really nice and there are only 6 units sharing the pool. The deck is lovely and private!

The central location was fantastic! Beach, small stores, restaurants all within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the appliances newer, and all electronics worked well. The unit feels spacious, is well appointed with everything necessary, and boasts sunset views. The unit’s flooring needs a deep clean. The rugs were soiled, stained and matted, and the tile (particularly in the kitchen, was dirty and sticky. All in all, a wonderful stay and a good value. Also, the rental staff was responsive and helpful.

We really liked the accommodation, right in front of the ocean, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the palm trees and the water. It was a very spacious place.
The best part was having access to the pool right from the room. With two kids, this was the number one in comfort!

Beaches were close. The condo had beach chairs, towels and umbrella which was great.
There were some restaurants within walking distance.
