Great location, easy walk to coffee at the Anchorage out the backdoor (fire trail). The backyard pool and hot tub area was well used by the entire family. It's a large house, we had 15 people (8 children and 7 Adults). Plenty of space. The dishwasher was handy and well used. Air-conditioner was fantastic worked a treat and highly customisable. 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms was great for the number of people we had. There is also a hot n cold shower outside near the Hot tub.

Set in Salt Ash, 31 km from University of Newcastle and 32 km from Energy Australia Stadium, The Ranch - Coastal Farmhouse bringing family and friends together offers a garden and air conditioning.

The rooms were spacious and accommodated all 12 of us. The living area and dining area is large and seated all of us comfortably. Large TV for our movie night - stan/netflix/prime all included. We especially loved that there are no properties around the residence. So peaceful and could stay up for laughs late.

Set in Shoal Bay in the New South Wales region, with Box Beach nearby, 3-bed recently-renovated coastal style home - unit 1 offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking.

Firstly, Fantastic location, was very easy to find. The house itself is really well laid out, we were 4 adults with 2 toddlers. The host has really taken the kids into consideration, the spare room has baskets full of toys under the bed for the kids to play with, and doll houses etc in the cupboards. Both Bathrooms were a good size and very clean, big enough for us to bath the kids comfortably. The kitchen was nice and open, the window shutters can be tricky to open, but if you follow the instructions on the fridge (like most things in the house) its easy enough. The bedrooms were quire large and big enough for us to set up a travel cot in one of them without taking up too much room. The lounge/TV room was comfortable for 4 adults to all watch tv. Outdoor area and BBQ were great, the hammock was a godsend for those few moments you get as a parent to lounge back and have a cold beer. We had a fantastic time, theres also a few beaches within walking distance and a kids playground just on the corner. The Hosts are exceptionally helpful, very prompt to respond to messages and will help you out if you accidentally lock yourself out... which we did (follow the note on the fridge it tells you to put the keys back in the lock box and use the spares inside haha).. All in all an amazing Easter getaway.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. I loved that we scored the cabin across from the jumping balloon and park. The parking spot in front of the cabin is good.

The ability to sit together as a group after a day out rather than retiring to individual cabins/rooms. Well appointed house with all the necessary items required for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and reacted immediately to any problems. Definitely will recommend this place to friends.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom lodge. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were not clean. There was rubbish on the lounge when we entered. The air-conditioning did not work properly even though we had it running from the early morning. It was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep during the very hot days. It was horrible in the main cabin and there was an ant infestation throughout our stay.
