A broken loose toilet seat, basin was cracked, kitchen tap was loose. Half of the under units kitchen lights not working, mirror light in bathroom only one side working, defective electric socket in the bedroom, stairs to the bedroom, some treads were damaged offering sharp edges and certainly not advisable for elderly people with mobility issues. No complimentary coffee for the coffee machine and no toaster. Limited kitchen utensils. No room cleaning despite staying 5 nights. Towels also unchecked or changed. Won’t be back i’m afraid

This place is one of those little gems that you can’t believe you have found. The location is amazing. Just a short walk over the bridge and you are in the little village of Cochem. The bed is extremely comfortable. The view is absolutely spectacular. We love being in this place and will certainly come again. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions very quickly. Thank you very much for having us. We highly recommend this little gem.

Amazing nicely decorated house. Large double bedroom and 3 beds in the kids room. Nice kitchen and bathroom. My son particularly liked the table football in the basement. Also you have big garden in the back with a fireplace and also a wood burner in the living room. So we really enjoyed our stay.
