Really comfortable and private hotel for a great price in Puerto Viejo. We loved the size and layout of the room, the patio area and the pool was a nice bonus. It was close to everything but far enough that there was no traffic noise or music from the local clubs. Filtered water and coffee offered daily was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Located in Coco, within less than 1 km of Coco Beach and 36 km of Edgardo Baltodano Stadium, Hotel Good Life provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... The staff were all so welcoming and made us feel at home. The grounds were also kept extremely clean and beautiful and the pool was the perfect temperature to cool off in. The rooms were large and comfortable. Great coffee in the morning and cute cats to stroke.

Situated in Uvita, 2.6 km from Uvita Beach, Ballena Rey Hotel features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Everything was perfect and hotel is beautiful with great location. The staff is really nice and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, Hotel El Jardin is located in Montezuma town centre and less than 100 meters from the beach. WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. Super clean, the lovely ladies kept our bungalow beautifully clean every day. Excellent value for money.

Featuring an extensive garden, a sun terrace with swimming pool, spa treatments and free Wi-Fi throughout, this hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Arenal Volcano National Park and from La Fortuna... The hotel was a "horizontal" complex in that all rooms were at ground level with just two rooms per building and the buildings are scattered throughout the property. As the rooms were on ground floor the view was limited, I guess because of privacy concerns by just stepping out the the door the the Arenal volcano is right in front of you, an amazing view! The breakfast was a well stocked buffet and the a la carte restaurant was also very good. For a less formal atmosphere we tried the excellent Sushi bar at the pool that is open til 10pm. (There is also a pizza place but we didn't try them). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tours are available at the hotel and we took one to the volcano and another to jungle tour with suspension bridges. Both were good but we preferred the jungle tour. The thermal water hot pool was a great place to relax after hiking and sightseeing. If you have a car and feel a little adventurous the "Rio Celeste" in the Tenorio Volcano National Park is worth the trip. Its about 90mins from the hotel but be aware that the walking trail in the park is about 5 to 6 Km to take in all the viewing points and places can be uneven. To get to the waterfall there are perhaps 200 steps down (and then back up again!)

Set in Fortuna, 2.7 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, Fortuna Retreat offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Wow probably the best views during our stay in Costa Rica. We chose the upper floor and the volcano was in full view. It was amazing rain or shine. In other places during rain you feel like you are stuck in a small room with nothing to do but in this place we had amazing terrace and a massive room where we could read when it was raining and we didn't feel like we missed out. Breakfast was a short walk in a nearby property.

Located in La Fortuna town, San Bosco Inn offers an outdoor pool and lush gardens, free Wi-Fi in public areas and rooms with garden views. The Arenal Volcano is 5 km away. Nice option in downtown Fortuna. Easy parking, and it includes hot springs (about 15m away) for both check-in and check-out days. Breakfast is excellent and the on-site swimming pool and other facilities are nice.

Discover the charm of Hotel Secreto La Fortuna, a quiet retreat in the heart of Fortuna, Costa Rica. Loved it here! Breakfast was great and loved when the fed the birds in the morning. It was a meal with a show. So many amazing colorful birds. The location is great. It's an easy walk into town, but far enough from the center that it's not too loud. Our rooms were comfortable. They aren't super modern, but were good. The pool was very refreshing and generally we didn't have difficulty finding a place to relax by the pool. The staff were all very helpful and kind. We were very lucky that 3 of the 4 days we were there, we could see the arenal volcano. The first day it was completely covered with clouds, but it eventually came out! Great view from the pool

Located in Jacó, 600 metres from Jaco Beach, Hotel Amavi provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Hotel and Room were both amazing. The Bar had great drinks and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The Location was good as well as it was just a little walk to the Main Street and everything you could need was around. Great Hotel we would always recommend!
