My friend and I chose the Picnic to spend a relaxing week while she worked remotely and we left with warm hearts feeling like we had one of the best experiences of our lives. Gaby and Jochen were the kindest people, they helped us with everything we needed and made us feel welcomed. They booked us shuttles and tours, and helped us choose which places to visit each day. We chose to have dinner with them every night and the food was delicious, and their company was just the best! The rooms and facilities were absolutely incredible, really makes the GLAM of glamping stand out. They had reliable wi-fi, a selection of beers and drinks, the most delicious hot chocolate, surreal breakfasts every morning and the most breathtaking views. We were two girls and felt completely safe the whole time, we walked to San Marcos (50min each way), and explored all the villages around the lake — our favourite was Santiago! All of them are connected by public boat, and the tuctucs are always there for you. Tzununa is much more local than other villages such as San Marcos or San Pedro, and super easy to visit all of them.

Hotell y Arte Antigua by Amazing Guatemala Travel asub Antigua Guatemalas, 32 km kaugusel Mirafloresi muuseumist ja 37 km kaugusel Guatemala rahvuspaleest. The rooms are super beautiful, each one with a different art, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, great and hot shower and a lot of items to make your stay better: shampoo, soap, body lotion, hair dryer, bottle of water, free tea and coffee on the living room. The location is great, easy to get to the main square (like 7 mim walk), a lot of good restaurants around. The famous Café Sky is at the same door as the hotel, great for drinks and food on the evening. Wifi worked super well for working from “home”. The staff were super friendly and helpful, just like the owner of the place, that took me and other guests to a free and pleasant walking tour around the place to meet some nice spots! They also had shuttle service and tours available at the reception. Really an amazing stay there!

Hotell Rholyn Pura Vida! asub 33 km kaugusel Mirafloresi muuseumist ja 38 km kaugusel Guatemala rahvuspaleest. Külalisi ootavad toad Antigua Guatemalas. The hotel is a true gem! The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two-course breakfasts are delicious, and the atmosphere in the hotel feels just like grandma's house – cozy and full of warmth. Highly recommend!

Hotell-Villas JABEL TINAMIT asub Panajachelis, 46 km kaugusel vulkaanist Atitlan. Kohapeal on aed ja tasuta eraparkla. The location is very close to everything needed. The garden is absolutely amazing, and the rooms were big enough, even if we stayed in a room of 3 people. Breakfast is good and we liked the pancakes. I would stay here again. Also, they offer tours and additional services that might be helpful for travelers.

Hotell Casolia asub Quetzaltenangos, 700 meetri kaugusel Quetzaltenango keskpargist. Kohapeal on muu hulgas ühine puhkeruum, terrass, restoran ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Owners Edgar and Ody are fantastic hosts. So friendly and helpful. The desayuno tipico at Q35 is a good deal. Nice location close to center, parqu central, and Mercado de democracia.
