It has been an amazing staying at Parkroyal Langawi Resort! The hotel is high class, beachfront, very close to the popular Cenang beach and the staff is very helpful, friendly, smiley with positive energy! Highly recommend it and if we come back to Langawi we will definitely choose it again.

Bon restaurant Japones dintre l’hotel. Personal atent i amanle. Molt recomanable.

We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

Nasir is very welcoming, when we first arrived to check in, on the 13 Nov'24. He created that sense of homeliness. All the Staff are very observant & customer service oriented. Being a Peranakan Baba myself, makes it even more meaningful. Keep it up, please.

El llit era molt comode i l’hotel estava molt ben situat, aprop del centre pero alhora estava a una zona amb tranquilitat. En tot moment hi ha un guarda de seguretat a l’entrada. We were enjoying three nights of our honeymoon there. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Views and so many little things in rooms and around the hotel made us feeling very special. We will come back.
