The friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Nothing I asked was ever too much. They have a few Ethiopian staff and offer Ethiopian specialties in their restaurant. I visited Ethiopia in 2012, so it was really nice to find authentic Ethiopian food again

I booked Médine Square for a colleague, and it turned out to be a great choice for his business stay in Kampala. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for both work and relaxation. The in-house sauna and steam bath were a great bonus for unwinding after a long day. The location is convenient, and the staff provided excellent service, ensuring everything went smoothly during the stay.

It was lovely to stay at Murchison Palace. The view is stunning! And the room had a great vibe, open windowdoors to the Nile view, a great bathroom a comfortable beds. Very nice rooms, nice modern and airy. Very clean. comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and prepared a tasty breakfast every morning. Quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay.

Facing the beachfront, Paradise Eco-Hub offers 3-star accommodation in Kabale and has a garden, private beach area and shared lounge. The location was excellent. Situated on an island close to the mainland around Lake Bunyonyi. It was so scenic and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for a boat tour of the lake and Cyrus the manager took us around to multiple islands to walk around and see. The menu for food was great and the food was excellent and very reasonable for price. Overall an amazing weekend!

Set in Kasenyi, 19 km from Queen Elizabeth National Park, Euphorbia Safari Lodge offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. First of all we would like to thank Euphorbia staff and all community welcoming us so warmly. We were the only quests in the lodge and therefore it was even a bit embarrassing to have so many people looking after us, not used to such level of attention and hospitality but it was very much appreciated. The banda where we stayed for 3 nights was very comfortable and spacious with private bathroom and 2 comfortable wide beds. The food was delicious, the best we had during our entire trip to Uganda. But the most important thing was the location: the lodge is located in Kasenyi peninsula which is the richest area in QENP for game drives and it was especially good for morning safari not to wake early because of long drive. Driving 5 km from the village we already saw hippos and pumbas moving around, not to mention antelopes and every kind of goats and smaller animals. We also met lions and leopard with babies in this area of the park. In overall I would definitely stay again when visiting this park in the future and strongly recommend when choosing the place to stay to discover QENP.

Located in Kisoro, 12 km from Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, Mianzi Guest House provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Very clean, friendly staff, good kitchen. Silent street in a noisy kisoro. Very good bed. Good breakfast, possibility to order sandwich lunch for take away, good dinner. I would certainly go back to this place.
