L'Signature Hotel & Spa se nachází v Hanoji a nabízí kola zdarma, zahradu, terasu a bar. This hotel was gorgeous, set in the best street of the Old Quarter. It’s lovely and well designed rooms were so comfortable and the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The rooftop bar has a great view of the city and the breakfast and afternoon tea was excellent. We would definitely return here!

The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning. My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

Super sweet staff that helped me with everything. They gave me a free room upgrade. Gave great recommendations for local restaurants/cafes. Location was very central, right in the old quarter, but I didn’t hear anything from the busy area in my room. Room looked very nice and clean. Would come back here for sure

The room was quite nice. Very nice lake and city view. We were upgraded to a better room for our stay for no additional price which was very nice. The staff was also super friendly and helpful!

Le Premier Hotel & Rooftop Bar se nachází v dobré lokalitě v Hanoji a poskytuje snídaně formou bufetu a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Location formidable, next to the lake and it has lake view on the restaurant floor and the rooftop. Very newly opened (4 months) so everything fresh and the design is nice with care. Room very clean and the bed is huge, the biggest I ever had in Vietnam. Breakfast with many choices and the afternoon tea is lovely too. I stayed only for one night but the staff did their best to make me feel this is an unforgettable stay. In Hanoi there are quite many hotels that compete with each other and sometimes you read ratings that are not authentic. I stayed at another hotel before this one, which cost me the same and the reviews there is also good, even with similar hotel name but this one is way better, the other one was under construction and the facilities were way less than Le Premier. So I decided to leave this comment to help.
