Very good staff were helpful even parked my car. Very nice and clean rooms Location is not great in the middle of the city too busy with traffic and chaotic. You can hear noises from your bedroom.

Very very clean . In deira a but quiet area. breakfast was normal .staff were very helpful and kind given us towel for the beach also for night ask them extra blanket so they bring . The pool on the roof is very clean but small. The room was big and comfortable and nice view. But finally, this hotel is not 5 five-star rather 4 star 2 plus there isn't any entertainment or gym

The hotel looks amazing. The rooms are comfortable and clean. However there is no other option than taking a taxi to drive you 500 meters from the airport to the hotel. There is no pathway to walk there. The taxi costs around 20 AED for those who are interested.
