The check-in was very disappointing, I booked a premium suite with terrace for 2 nights, I had emailed the hotel few days earlier to arrival about my check-in time, When I arrived I was arrived on time, I was informed that the suite is not ready and I was checked in a standard room for almost 2 hours or so, and then was informed that the suite i booked was finally ready, and was requested to move, to find that that suite was not the one I booked and then had to wait again for what seemed to be another hour before It got fixed and finally moved to the right suite. both times I changed the room I had to call and follow up with the reception desk.
