Very good staff were helpful even parked my car. Very nice and clean rooms Location is not great in the middle of the city too busy with traffic and chaotic. You can hear noises from your bedroom.

Everything was amazing just buffet i paid for dinner and they claimed juice isn't included. That's unfair 😕

Set on the Dubai Creek, this non-smoking hotel offers luxurious accommodation with unmatched views of Dubai’s skyline. It features an outdoor pool and direct access to the Festival City Mall.

We recently had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza Festival City, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Eno at the reception desk was exceptional, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. The hotel is in a superb location, making it easy to access the Festival Mall and being conveniently close to the airport. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The breakfast was delightful, with a great variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the opportunity to sit outside and take in the beautiful surroundings. What truly stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff. From the manager to the pool attendants, everyone was always smiling and genuinely kind, making me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at Crowne Plaza Festival City was wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future!

Inspired by the great pyramids of Egypt, Raffles Dubai is a stunning landmark in Dubai’s skyline. This award-winning hotel features an outdoor pool, an extensive spa and free in-room WiFi.

Breakfast was great. May be the best we have ever had access to. We had a Club Raffles room so access to afternoon tea and to drinks+canapés in the evening. Afternoon tea - as a freebie very generous. Couple of sandwiches, savories, 2 scones each + jam & cream (but really more of these needed) and 3 cakes eack. Drinks/canapés - canapés sounds like little nibbles. Not so. E basically ham a full meal. Soups, cheese + biscuits, hot savouries ( chicken, fish, vegeo..) plus salads and hot veg/potatoes, choice of sweets AND a range of alcoholic drinks including cocktails. I had a champagne based drink and could have been topped up 3 times, but I declined the third. Great room, good view across to the Burj Khalifa Nice pool

The location is absolutely stunning! The rooms are perfectly designed and the hotel staff is not.only professional but also warmhearted. Our little daughter (3 years) wants to see the camel, but the 30mins tour offered was too much for her so the hotel organized a short "meet and greet" with the camel, so they made the day for her! Thanks to the hotel staff make it possible. And the food was not from this works, even not of our galaxy - so so good!

The hotel is beautifully designed. Every corner has something special. The rooms are incredibly comfortable - beds, crisp linen, fluffy towels. Breakfast is delicious with options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. I especially enjoyed the new Japanese restaurant for dinner. Walk around the hotel (trees, plants, beautiful benches and soft lighting in the evening). Lovely pool area to relax.
