Sierra LeoneWe stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the location and on-site restaurant. The view from our room was great and being right on the main walking area made getting around town easy. There is a nice little park across the plaza for kids to play at. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is located in the middle of the picturesque old town, in a tastefully renovated old house. The rooms are very nice. The owner is very friendly and gives you a lot of tips on what to do in Berat and Albania. He also offered wine, jam, and raki to guests. The rooms are small but the design is very beautiful with authentic details. Garden Arjan is a lovely host, when around, treating with a glass of his home made wine. The decor is traditional and designed with care. I felt safe and comfortable. Enisa and her family are so welcoming and kind - her sister met me in town and showed me in and was so lovely. It’s the other side of the river near the first footbridge which enables the feel of a lord authentic vibe to prosper as well as being away from all the noise and tourist traffic!
