AustriaThe hotel spa area and pool is wonderful and quiet. Lovely staff, very attentive. Nice room and comfortable bed. Delicious food, particularly the Asian dishes. We felt very relaxed and would have loved to stay longer.

Bosnia and HerzegovinaHere it states that the check-in time is until 11:30 PM. We arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM and no one was there. We also called the emergency number but one one picked up. Please update the check-in details ASAP. We had to sleep in our car because of this!
