I booked this stay for my wife and daughter while I took my youngest to Europa Park. It was a bit of a gamble because neither had stayed in a spa hotel like this before, so I was a bit worried that they might feel intimidated and not feel able to engage with it to get the full benefit. The welcoming staff are a I think big part of the reason that was a non-issue. The reports back from my wife and daughter were that it could not have been better - the environment, the staff, the food, the room, and facilities including the additional wellness services they purchased - everything was beyond expectation and I thank the staff and the venue for an experience they will remember for a long time!

The hotel is modern and well-equipped, with friendly staff. It's just on the edge of the central part of town and down the road from a really good Asian restaurant. The room was a good size and it was great to have a kettle with tea and coffee.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The room was great. Complementary sweets were a lovely touch.
The use of the gym was great and the very private parking was the biggest plus for us.
The town is great with plenty of places to eat.
Would love to stay again
Design of the room, large bathroom, comfortable bed, thoughtful kitchen facilities, free coffee/tea in the corridor.
