The hotel and room were nice. The only problem was checkout was on my birthday and they refused to give me a late checkout. I checked out late without their permission at 12.30. No cleaner even came so it would have not been a problem anyway. Thought that was very rude!

The hotel is perfectly located, opposite the train station, a few steps away from the pedestrian street with shops, bars, and restaurants. There's also free parking onsite. The hotel is near the gondola and chair lifts. We enjoyed the wellness area, especially after a day on the slopes. The breakfast offered a great variety; both hot a cold and the services were great. The owners and staff were great hosts; friendly, helpful, and attentive - Thank you! I would recommend this hotel.
