We chose Tauern Spa expecting a high level of service, but unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our stay. ✅ Pros: – The hotel itself is beautiful, and the spa area is spacious and enjoyable. – Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very helpful – assisted with luggage, showed us the room, and even parked our car. Unfortunately, this was the only time the service felt at a 4* Superior level.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. A standout feature was the fresh juice bar, offering a selection of freshly squeezed juices to start the day on a refreshing note. The spa was another highlight—spacious, luxurious, and perfect for relaxation. The heated indoor and outdoor pools provided the ultimate way to unwind after a day on the slopes. I also really appreciated the free access to drinks throughout the day, including water, tea, and coffee, which added an extra touch of comfort and hospitality.
