The setting is absolutely fabulous. Each of the 3 rooms has its own area to sit among the vines, with stunning views. You can help yourself to a selection of wines (unfortunately no price list, and not cheap!) . The room was spacious and modern, with separate sitting area. En-suite new and stylish (shower and washbasin are open to the bedroom!!). Very good breakfast served in a room with fantastic views of the vineyards. Egg dishes prepared fresh to order.
This castle dating from the 12th century is located on the outskirts of Leibnitz, 40 km south of Graz. It features an outdoor pool and a restaurant with a terrace.

The castle and hotel are amazing! You can look around and explore by yourself or relax at the pool area. They have their own wines and a very old wine cellar. The wines are exceptional, would recommend to try out their winetasting. We even got vouchers for it. The area is also great and the castle serves as the perfect base to explore all the cool things in the area.

My stay was a delightful experience in many aspects. Adorned with numerous awards, the hotel boasts a charming blend of old wooden style and modern elements. Inside, a well-covered glass area adds to the unique atmosphere. Locally sourced products and an on-site vineyard showcase their commitment to quality.
The rooms, adorned with a blend of old and new, featured a fascinating mix of a pulp fiction poster, private bathtub on the balcony and a DVD player (as the TV lacked finding any channels). A highlight was the private sauna in the room, offering a touch of luxury. The staff's service was truly phenomenal, adding to the overall positive impression.
Despite the maintenance concerns, the culinary experience was outstanding and undoubtedly the highlight of my stay.

Very nice hotel for a pleasant stay. In the middle of Stainz with everything on walking distance and a nice view on the Schloss. The room and equipment is very clean and tidy, no sound from outside, and fitted with good materials and furniture. The personel is very friendly and helpfull and breakfast... is delicious! Nice to start a day with such an experience. It has a lot services and facilitys to use if you would like to. I didn't use wifi, so I can't judge that.
Landgut am Pößnitzberg is located amidst the gently rolling hills of the South Styrian Wine Country, only a few kilometres away from the Slovenian border.

This hotel was in the middle of a winery. The staff were so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us many insights of where to visit in the surrounding area. We hired mountain bikes which I would recommend as a great way to see the surrounding countryside which was absolutely stunning. The hotel breakfast choice is one of the best we have had anywhere. The room and facilities are first class and I would highly recommend a short break if ever visiting Austrian wineries.

The staff at the wine shop and reception were polite and helpful. The restaurant dinner was nothing special, but the breakfast was excellent.
Pool was very nice and warm.
Hotel Kiwano is located in Feldkirchen, a 10-minute drive from Graz and only 1 minute from Graz Airport and the A2 and A9 motorways. The restaurant has a sun terrace and serves Japanese dishes.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The location is stunning - wonderful views from a beautiful terrace. The food and drinks were excellent, and the owners were incredibly helpful and charming. We would definitely recommend this location and will return in the future, for sure.
The view of the mountains was amazing and it was a super calm area. Authentic design of the room and the super cozy breakfast from the owners. We arrived super late in the night but the check-in was done without problems
Everything was perfect. Excellent food, lovely wine, beautiful place, winery, rooms, clean & calm. I would like to come back. Very friendly English speaking owner.
